HOW TO BE ORGANZIED SAMANTHA



Hi my name is Samantha and I am the operation manager in my school major during my first and second period. I started this last year during my freshman year and I learned a lot from my teachers for my major class in school. So when I first started with this my media teacher Mr. Riffel taught me how to organize the camera chargers and how to plug the cameras into the right  camera charger. Also my teachers taught be how to be prepared to make a story or a video. Last year me and a sophone student was making a video about how to be organized but it got a bad start. So what happens was when we started the battery on the camera was dead and we need to charge it so that meant it was not plug in or fully charged so we could of use it. Then we need headphones but the headphones were all tangled up so we took a 5 second video on how the headphones were all tangled up and how you untangle them. Then we wanted to interview a person we could not because he was not there on that day we wanted to interview the person so me and the student was mad and frustrated that we did not make the video. So then I helped video some of the school plays and events during last year and I had fun doing that. I also helped organize the headphones and put numbers on them in order. So then the media department got a headphone rack so we could hang the headphones up on the right number columns that is in the departments tv studio hanging on the wall. I would also help set up the cameras if we were doing a project or a assignment in groups with the freshman class or the sophone  class . So also what I did last year was format the SD cards for the cameras and what that means is you format them and it erases all the stuff that was on there before so you can have clear and not build up videos and pictures. I also learned how to use a camera and what a camera tripod is and that is to hold the camera when you are video a show or a video. Last year I would always organize the equipment room and make sure the headphones are on the right number hook and I still do that now when I am in 10th grade. I love my major in school. I will have a lot of experience when I am in college when I am down with high school.

How to Organize the equippment room

Today I am going to tell you how to make a room organized the right way. So the first thing you should do is separate the camera chargers and put numbers on the chargers and match them up with the right camera number sticker on the top of the camera itself. Then you should put all the camera chargers cords together and zip tie them so they do not get tangled. So then you should move on to the next thing you want to organize and that is to organize the shelfs so they are not mess so when you want to grab something you can find it easier. So then the next thing you should to is maybe put somethings in bins or the case they came in if you do not do that you will not be able to find what you need when you are ready to shot a video or take a picture of something.
